INFORMATION CLAUSE OF NEXUS-GROUP LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter “GDPR”), we hereby inform you that:
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of concluding, performing and settling the contract concluded with NEXUS-GROUP in connection with which the data was obtained, for the duration of the contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Providing your personal data and allowing NEXUS-GROUP to process it is, as a rule, neither a contractual nor a statutory requirement (it is voluntary); however, failure to provide such data may result in the inability to conclude a contract with NEXUS-GROUP or to perform it.
Your personal data will be stored until the end of the longest of the following periods: (1) the period of performance of legal obligations imposed on NEXUS-GROUP in connection with the performance of the contract concluded with you; (2) the period of pursuing claims or defending the rights of NEXUS-GROUP, until the expiry of the limitation periods for claims arising from the contract concluded with you, as specified in the applicable law, unless the currently applicable provisions provide for the right or obligation to store your personal data for a longer period.
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
The recipients of your personal data will be or may be: employees and associates of NEXUS-GROUP as well as its clients and other contractors, including providers of ICT services and companies that provide support and operation for NEXUS-GROUP’s IT tools and systems, postal and courier service providers and archiving services providers, insurers and policyholders, professional advisers (e.g. legal professionals, law firms), companies providing audit services (e.g. independent auditors), supervisory authorities, other public administration bodies, as well as courts and other judicial authorities.
You have the right to access your data and to rectify it, as well as – subject to the limitations set out in the applicable law – to erase your data, restrict its processing, transfer your data and to object to its processing.
